PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Plattsburgh is considering adoption of an amendment to the Solar Energy Local Law, regulating the siting, construction, and operation of solar energy facilities within the Town. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 5th, 2023 at 6:05 PM EST, at Town Hall, 151 Banker Road, Plattsburgh, NY concerning a Potential Local Law No. 3, 2023 in the Town of Plattsburgh. At such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning the same. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
