PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Plattsburgh is considering adoption of Local Law No. 4 of 2023 amending Local Law No. 1 of 2023: a twelve-month moratorium on applications for Tier 3 Solar Energy Facilities and Battery-Based Energy Storage Systems. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 6:10 PM EST at Town Hall, 151 Banker Rd, Plattsburgh NY concerning the Potential Local Law No. 4, 2023 in the Town of Plattsburgh. At such time and place all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning the same. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
