Notice of Public Hearing Fire District No. 3 of the Town of Plattsburgh
Please take notice that pursuant to Section 181 3. (a) of the Town Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held on the proposed fire district budget on October 18, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wallace Hill Station located at 128 Wallace Hill Road, Plattsburgh, New York.
Please take further notice that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to those favoring passage of such proposed budget, and also to those opposed thereto. A copy of the preliminary budget will be available at the offices of the Town Clerk and the fire district secretary where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours.
Please take further notice that a regular meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners will be held immediately following the budget hearing on and about 6:30 p.m. to vote on the final budget and other matters that may come before the board.
