That when you receive a Building Permit there are a list of inspections
on the back of the permit, which you are responsible for calling and
setting up an appointment for us to inspect those items. Also, once the
project is complete you need to call us to perform a Final Inspection
and close out the Building Permit. We will issue you a Certificate of
Occupancy at that time. If you have electrical work done you will need
a third party inspection certificate to give to us at your Final Inspection.
