Notice of Public Hearing: June 13, 2006

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at the Arthur L. LeFevre Town Complex of the Town of Plattsburgh, 151 Banker Road, Plattsburgh, New York, by the Town of Plattsburgh Planning Board on the 13th day of June, 2006, beginning at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time for the purpose of approving, modifying, and hearing all those for and against the following proposals:

ITEM #1.          PYTLAK - BANKER ROAD BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PARK SUBDIVISION 2006 – (A 6 PARCEL MIXED SINGLE FAMILY, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION)  – Located on the east side of the Banker Road, Zoned IP (with public water and public sewer). Tax Map nos. 205-2-7.1, 7.2, 7.6, 7.8, 7.12, and 7.13 The Development Corporation, Agent and/or Owner/Applicants; AES Northeast, Licensed Land Surveyor; DETAILED PRELIMINARY PLAN REVIEW.

ITEM #2.          FLANAGAN SUBDIVISION 2006 – REQUEST TO CREATE A 2.12 ACRE COMMERCIAL LOT AND 28.69 + ACRES REMAINING FARM

ITEM #4.          COUNTRY VILLAGE  PHASE IV SUBDIVISION 2006 – REQUEST TO CREATE 15 NEW HALF ACRE LOTS  FOR AN EXPANSION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (LOTS 29-43) WITH 900 + FT. ITEM #6.          DARRAH SUBDIVISION 2006 – A TWO PARCEL SINGLE FAMILY  RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION – Located on Akey Road and off Bittersweet Lane, Zoned R-2, with private water and private sewer.
